Our Founder

Ilya Kogan

Ilya Kogan is the director and founder of KOLICO. Born into a family of classical musicians, his deeply musical upbringing began a lifelong passion for the arts. With an acute awareness of the mounting challenges faced by musicians of today, his mission is to bring exceptional music to new generations of audiences. With a strong background in investment management, he has channeled his expertise towards connecting classical music with today's world.
Ilya studied Business & Management and Russian BA (Hons) both in the UK and Moscow. After attaining his degree with awards for academic excellence, he scaled an investment management firm as Director of Business Development. Today, he promotes concerts, manages recordings, advises and implements strategic development plans for artists, and oversees the creation of innovative projects to help musicians engage with wider audiences and sustain impactful careers.
